THE BARN BOOKING CONDITIONS

Holiday weeks go from Saturday to Saturday.

Winter and Spring Breaks can be your choice of dates and days - availability permitting.

Breaks within the main season (May to October) are for not less than 3 nights.

A telephone booking will be held for you for four days during which time we need to receive your written confirmation and deposit. £100 for each holiday week booked, or £60 for a 'break'.

If the confirmation / deposit does not arrive in the post of the 4th morning we will assume you have changed your mind and the barn will go back on the 'to let' market.

On receiving your confirmation and deposit we will send you a written confirmation, details of finding the barn and a 'check list' of barn contents to help with your packing.

The balance of your hiring charges for your holiday are due 5 weeks before your arrival. Any booking made within the five weeks before your chosen holiday dates is liable for immediate, full payment.

In the event of cancellation the deposit is non-refundable.

In the event of cancellation the remainder of your holiday fees will be reimbursed only if we obtain a similar booking. If we need to advertise specifically to try and fill your cancellation, these costs will be also be deducted.

If for any reason, you feel you may need to cancel your holiday booking, we strongly advise that you take out your own holiday or travel insurance.
