Patio doors lead out onto a paved area - a super sun trap for al fresco eating - and then on into the garden. Garden seat and table are provided - plus deck chairs, and a barbecue, ready for the sunny weather! The open fell rises up from the edge of the garden and there are many walks directly from the barn. The lake is only a 3 minute walk along the road. |

The courtyard provides a private parking space and we have secure, indoor bike space too - motor bike or bicycle. If you wish to come without a car we would be happy to collect you from Oxenholme or Ulverston railway stations, with, or without, bicycles. |
